We implement CrossFit methodology into all of our programs: group training, personal training, custom programming, and nutrition coaching. I’ve been at Basin for a few weeks now and what’s not to like? I was happily welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors. Jarret’s attention to detail in the evaluation(which I’ve not gotten from any other place I’ve been) was excellent. I really enjoy the level training method. It’s very easy to track your performance. This makes tracking my progression very easy and helps to know what my strengths and weaknesses are at a glance. Looking forward to my time here at Basin!
I joined Basin Cross Fit in July 2020. Even though the work outs were a bit tough in the beginning, with each passing day it got a little easier, although still challenging. My technique has gotten better and I have a lot more energy. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the support is amazing with awesome coaches and members who are there to guide you every step of the way!
Basin Crossfit is great! The coaches are all awesome. I’m not a weightlifting pro by any means and they’ve all worked really hard to help me get in shape. The environment is welcoming and friendly. I can’t recommend Basin crossfit enough!
