Skill:
15 minutes of hspu and hand walk practice
Strength:
*3 x me strict pull-ups + me Kipping pull-ups unbroken
3 x 10 ring push-ups (feet elevated & weighted if possible)
*perform as many strict pull-ups as possible and then with out dropping begin a max effort of Kipping pull-ups, not butterfly
Conditioning:

21 thrusters 95/65
12 k2e (which is knees to elbow, not knees to armpits. K2e when performed correctly is more demanding then t2b)
