You guys seen my post about the open. Its getting into serious time. We’ve been getting strong as hell for the last 3 months, now its time to start breathing heavy! We’ve been preparing since last year but now we’ve got about 10 weeks to really dial it in to elite crossfit athleticism. Put down the eggnog and ask santa for a some new workout underwear cause im working the shit out of you guys starting tomorrow!!!!
