  • You aren’t afraid of commitment. We want you here for a minimum of 90 days to really see the results of your hard work.
  • Do you have the willpower to follow our nutrition program? We give you the tools that you need to succeed. You just have to follow it.
  • Are you a team player? There is nothing more motivating than a group of people cheering each other on. And there’s nothing worse than a bad attitude.
  • Do you really want to see the change? The coaches and I really want to see you succeed, but you need to want it more!
  • Not looking to lose weight? No problem. This isn’t just a weight-loss program. We can help you put on the Gainz too!
  • Are you respectful? You must respect the rules of the gym. The rules were created to protect our culture. The culture was created to give you the best possible experience.
Step 1

Book a No-sweat intro! A coach will meet you at the gym face to face at your convenience and discuss how the program works. Once we establish exactly what your goals are, we’ll lay out exactly what you can expect from us, how we will structure your program, and what’s expected from you to achieve your goals. We can get you signed up and ready to go right then!

Step 2

Get Leveled Up! All athletes begin with our 1 on 1 level Method assessment to know where you are and measure progress along the way. Fast Pass includes 3 personal training sessions where we cover our complete Level Method MAP of 5 categories and 15 dimensions of fitness. We will also include a InBody fat and muscle mass scan and our kitchen basics nutrition.

Step 3

Once you’ve received your level certificate you are ready to start training for your goals. Join group classes 3-5 x a week and follow your nutrition guide. We will re-check nutrition and performance goals every 30 days to keep you on track.
